The Jesus City Worship Team exists to create an atmosphere for the congregation to worship God through music. We desire to lead the congregation into deeper worship, bringing God's people to His throne through musical excellence, creativity, and passion. I WILL BE FAITHFUL *

At Jesus City we prize faithfulness We want all of our team members to be regular attenders in worship and active supporters of the vision and mission of Jesus City Church.

I WILL BE HUMBLE *

At Jesus City we consider it a great privilege to serve each other. Our joy is increased as we humbly work together as the hands and feet of Jesus.

I WILL BE DEPENDABLE *

At Jesus City we operate as a family. Family can always depend on each other. When you are scheduled to be on a serve team, we ask that you would fulfill your commitment.

I WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE *

Every team member must be willing to cooperate with and submit under Jesus City leadership. This is to keep unity and help foster community across the church. One of the quickest ways the enemy stops the advance of the Gospel is by tempting the church to attack each other.

WHAT YOU BELIEVE *

I believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, authoritative Word of God.

I believe that there is one God eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

I believe that Jesus Christ was born of a virgin, became our atoning sacrifice through His death, was raised from the dead, ascended to His Father and will personally return in power and glory to the earth.

I believe a person must confess, repent, and accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior to be saved.

I believe the Bible teaches that God created humanity male and female in His image and likeness. We are divinely separated into male and female.

I believe the Bible teaches that God created marriage as a life long loyal partnership between one man and one woman.

I believe the Bible teaches that Christians should live lives that privately and publicly glorify God.

I believe the Bible teaches that a Christian should live a sober life.
